Sheriff’s Office Renovation – Central Texas
Located on 7.5 acre site in Texas – started out as a limited renovation project to satisfy current staffing needs. Eventually the project expanded to include approximately 14,000 sf renovated space including outdoor pavilion and additional parking for training participants. Originally the building was built as a manufacturing facility in the 1960’s. Overall the building has good bones and is ideal for the needs of law enforcement. The renovation is the logical solution to extend the life of the facility 15 years for a fraction of the cost to build a replacement facility (10x cost).
