Pre-Design Process

This is the first step of the process.Â With decades of experience, I know the questions to ask in order to facilitate the next step of my process.Â It’s important to understand the clients needs and wants, that’s my specialty…

Schematic & Design Process

This is the fun part of the process.Â Integrating the discussions during the pre-design process, I’m able to draft the core fundamentals of the project; along with preliminary designs.Â Usually this process looks like me going back and forth with the customer hammering out details until everything is just right.

Construction Documentation

Once the schematic & design process is complete, I get to work on the final documentation that we’ll use to submit for permits and start construction.Â This would include finishing materials, estimates of supplies, and detailed elevations needed to make your dreams come true.
