North Dallas Remodel/Addition
Client is builder/developer focused on refurnishing older homes in North Dallas neighborhoods. The existing roof, windows, doors, exterior finishes, and interior partitions were removed (exterior walls & foundation remained). Addition includes a large studio and master bedroom suite. The project is unified by rear U shape courtyard that connects the studio, bedrooms, and kitchen with daylight and natural setting.
